Golf Tournament, Beach Trip, School Update & Semi-Formal

This past month has been quite hectic! AKPsi has an annual charity golf tournament in April and this year I had a chance to play in it. I have never played 18 holes before so it was quite interesting and I learned I can't really play and need to stick to putt-putt. Although I can't really play it was still a great time and I got a last place trophy out of it.



The following weekend I headed to Cherry Grove, SC for the annual AKPsi Beach Trip. The weather was great and we got to lay out on the beach all day, play some football and just relax before exams started.



After two fun weekends it was time to study for finals. I had four finals within 3 days but was done earlier than all of my friends and finished my sophomore year on April 30th. This was my best semester yet and I finished this semester with a 3.5 GPA and made the Dean's List for the first time!

After exams were over I headed to Williamsburg to visit Chris, Michelle and Ava for a few days. We went to Busch Gardens and it was Ava's first trip and she was just too cute riding the little kiddie rides. I had a great time beating Chris and Michelle at the Wii everyday and playing with Ava. We also saw Ironman and I would recommend it to everyone, it was very good!

Tuesday night I had my semi-formal in downtown Raleigh. It was a lot of fun but sort of bittersweet though because it was the last gathering with all of the seniors.
