FLORIDA

I had a very short but very lovely vacation in Florida this past week. It is always great to get down there and see the Wagner clan. Every time I go to Grammie and Pop Pop's house it reminds me of my childhood and my summers there. I definitely miss that carefree lifestyle and the ability to spend weeks at a time with my grandparents. I also enjoyed hanging out with the cousins and just seeing how different they are. Can't believe some of them are in high school. Talking to them I feel like a mom, don't do this, be good, stay away from this, etc. It's hard seeing everyone grow up, because then it reminds me I am too! Okay back to the vacation.. so the first and second day there we just hung out- all the aunts and uncles and cousins (minus my older brothers) and that was neat because it has been over three years since we have all gotten together. On Monday we headed to Orlando and went to Epcot that night. We didn't get to the park as early as I would of liked to but it was still a good night. On Tuesday we went to the Magic Kingdom from about 9am-12am. It was a veryyyy long day but incredibly awesome. I feel like such a kid when I am there and I love it. Disney has a special place in my heart, something about that place that just brings a huge smile to my face. It was crowded, obviously because it's July, but nothing I couldn't handle. The longest wait was about 35 minutes and then we fast passed just about everything else. The fireworks were amazing as always, well the little bit we saw, jumping on and off rides. We traveled in a herd of 16 people, which sounds like a crazy amount, but it went incredibly smooth. On Wednesday we headed to MGM, rode the 2 rides, walked around and then I raced to the airport to make my flight. The vacation was so go, go, go constantly that when I finally got back to Raleigh I crashed. Slept for 13 straight hours- insane. I am pretty much back to myself and my schedule from my two days of work. I would share pictures but I didn't take any. As soon as my uncles/aunts/mother post some I will share! Until then I will keep daydreaming about my return trip :)
